We got the treatment for osmotic the runs. At that point presented every one of the papers for the treatment happened in the healing facility. Still they need past history of the infirmity .I let them know as the patient was never been hospitalized so I can not give those archives. We are not from rich family.we don't have family specialist who can make these documents.Still they are not consent to continue. I truly don't know where I committed an error that neither my cashless and repayment both not acknowledged. I am defenseless.
