HDFC Ergo and Policy Bazar are big Frauds! Booked a car policy on their portal, one month back.which was routed through Policy Bazaar. The guy who came for inspection of car took cash(Rs.13, 400) and fled. No policy has been issued till date and neither policy bazaar nor HDFC Ergo is even taking any responsibility for the fraud. I have tried writing to even the highest authorities with no response. Please beware.
