27 Sept 2015:
• Had an small accident where front brakes got damaged
• went to nearest service center and got damage estimate
• Raised claim over call to hdfc ergo and provided all details and dropped all kyc document except claim form to service center and left bike there as guided by customer care rep.
29 Sept 2015:
• Got surveyor appointed Mahesh,
• Got sms on surveyor details called Mahesh wherein he told to do survey by 4:30 Pm
• But he didn’t so called customer care and got claim officer no
• And got new surveyor ‘Naveen’ appointed he did the survey late evening but didn’t not inform me
30 Sept 2015:
• Called the customer care rep. about status and
• called the new surveyor ’ Naveen’ where he said he don’t have claim form and over repeated calls he sent soft claim and I filled the form and neft mandate carefully and scanned these docs.
1 oct 2015
• sent the scanned copied to Naveen
3rd oct 2015:
• surveyor didn’t check that claim soft copy already sent to him also had sent him sms on this but now he asking for hard copy
4 Sept 2015
• went to residence(38km away) of surveyor for providing the hard clam form where in again he said to provide a check with name on it
5 Sept 2015
• sent the surveyor soft copy of check with name on it
• and when I have done everything from side the surveyor called me where in he tried to protract this is some mechanical problem and its not a claim
• and I have to headache to explain thing again and again
Finally decided to change both my car and bike policy from HDFC ergo as suffered a lot just for Rs 1300
