I would request to HDFC bank that please go through Bank of india app and see how you can make better app.
Its really waste of time with phone banking. I have really bad experience with phone banker. They even dont know more then net banking.I transferred 5000 to my HDFC account through western union and customer care people dont know what is western union. Really waste of time and they dont care.
Internet banking is also not updated. Its same as last few year, nothing change. At least they should update touch ID login access and some other feature.
