HDFC banks must be very responsible to deal with customers but it is not.
One day I went to the bank to make an RTGS/NEFT at 2: 30p.m but the server was down.The expired time for payment would be 3: 30 pm /4: 00 pm.Trust me or not.Firstly bank employees did not answer me properly and I went to three branches near by in Himayatnagar and the others.The time is expired and no branch had a proper network connection and total servers were down .
Regarding net banking, I use it very frequently.I updated my aadhar card details two times perfectly bit still they did not update it and I get mails everyday to update my aadhar card details
