HDFC Powai branch is a classic example of a scary customer experience even for a Premia/Business Regalia customer.bank "refuses" to provide you a full credit card statement when you offer to repay in full(please note that that is how bank makes money from you.they dont want you to repay.they want to sustain a high interest trap) and just gives an amount(so much for transparency) which they say is your total due.
So, bank's attitude is "I cant provide you a full statement but I am ok to accept the full amount(the amount bank claims is the due amount)"
Senior functionaries speak without facts and can at best offer blank platitudes.keep insisting on "meeting" despite making vanilla banking so painful for 2 years on the trot.
