I would like to write a review about this bank. There is a one HDFC bank near to my house. One staff of that bank forced me to start an account in this bank. That's what I joined an account.
The staff told many advantages of joining and told me to deposit for getting good interest. But for the approval of the account it took more than two weeks. They told some technical errors happened at the time of entering my details.
Even though after I got the pass book and all I deposited some money. But later only I came to know that the Internet rate for the FD is very less than the staff told to me. I complained this matter to the manager of the bank. But before that the staff switched to another bank.
The staff's approach towards the customers are really bad. The provide the Atm, but the HDFC bank atm machines are very less over there in the small cities. If we go for withdrawal of cash from atm, some time it shows some technical problems and many times I could not withdraw my cash.
The phone banking and Internet banking is there. But their website is with full of bugs and not easily understand it. The loading time is more for signing up.
Overall I am not satisfied with this bank and their staffs. I got disappointed with their bad service.
