Today I want to share a feedback of hdfc bank. My salary account is in Axis bank, but now company is moving to hdfc Bank.
They taken all documents from everyone in the company as they have asked. They have collected all proofs of IDs, and required documents. It's been 3 weeks now that they have not delivered my curier as they told me. Accept couple of guys they have handed over the bank card kit to everyone. When I went to branch and asked about my issue they said sorry u will get your kit by post at your home address. Now I wish they don't have any identification or authentication issues with me as I'm in Ahmedabad from my birth on same address. The main issue is that even they don't know the reason of this delay and they can't even check my curior status. I've been in branch for 3-4 times now. It's quite embarrassing now to ask them this issue of which they don't have a proper answer. They only admits that u will get it in a week and same answer I've got for 3 times. Now I've surrendered. I've niether any words to ask nor energy but only complaint to others. This is the impression they have already created with a new customer I wish they compensate this issue to me. They don't even worst on customer service phone line. They only says u need a customer ID. Oh god if they didn't give me the kit how could they have opened my account as that fellow asking for my id. I don't know weather I would be continue with this bank or would recommend to someone. Most frustrating experience. THANKS
