Hello friends I opened a acount in hdfc bank few months ago
I am not satisfy with its service its atm service is too poor mostly times there is no cash in hdfc banks atm, s. mobile banking app is below average because there are not good features in it. phone banking is all not good has I seen ever. no atm avaliablity in all places where ever we going .
internet banking is also poor of hdfc bank.sometimes it shows error when we connect to server.
coustmer service of this bank is also poor . no good service coustmer support. there are many bank options better then this bank .
interest rate of hdfc bank is so costly on finance and loans.
