I feel this review is:
I opened my salary account 2 years back in HDFC bank in 2013.after 6 months I quit that company and no salary was credit in my account for next one year.i thinked that they will auto close my account.but after an year I got a mail from the bank that I have to pay the penalty because of non maintaining the balance and they send me the notice.i was very shocked to see that.then I complained the issue to the higher authority in HDFC head office.then after 7 days they waivedoff all the charges.thanks to the senior manager of head office.now iam feeling better
