I have salary account in my HDFC Bank District Sangrur. Before that I had a bank account in Punjab National Bank but the service of the Punjab National Bank was really worst that's why my boss changed all employees salary account into HDFC Bank. In HDFC Bank whenever I have any work I just go straightly meet bank manager and they resolve my problem always.oncetime I lost my debit card ATM pin and I make a complaint in HDFC Bank but they did not take any action for two weeks after that I make a complaint about that specific branch on Internet banking I also sent email regarding this to the HDFC Bank North head. After that they resolve my problem within 10 days. Before I had HDFC bank account I never used Internet banking but after I had HDFC bank account I start using Internet banking which is a very useful whenever I need to do any bank transaction or bank transfer, I just simply do with my mobile Internet banking. To transfer money from my bank account to another account , I no need to go to the HDFC branch and stand in queue. Every HDFC bank has one separate section where you can use Internet banking there is always one computer for the customers for the use of Internet banking which is a really useful and I really like as I compare HDFC Bank to other banks. I also have credit card of HDFC Bank which I always a use for the online shopping. Most of the times HDFC Bank fulfill my all wishes only few times this happen that I request something from HDFC Bank and they don't do. HDFC ergo insurance also very good. HDFC Bank also provide one number 18002703333 where you can do call then you will get sms from bank that how much balance in your bank account available which is very useful. Conclusion is that overall service of HDFC Bank I like.
