I have a hdfc account, due to my last company, they opened it as the salary account, when I left my job and they converted my salary account into savings account and started debiting random amount from my account on the name of maintenance charges( including GST), I have 2000 in my account at that time now my account is showing -2079 account balance, when I called the customer support they told me I have to maintain minimum 5000 balance in the account, I told them its my salary 0 balance account, then they told me that they converted my account into the savings account( without giving me any notice mail or message), I lost my 2000 rs, bad experience with this bank,
