I am operating HDFC Bank from last 11 years, its services very fast.But phone banking is not properly work as puplic conveynance acordingly.If you call in urgent movement then only recorded response.No doubt HDFC all products given also door step services to customer. It's large location ATM seen, but in cash problem always. Assets i.e. personal loan, home loans are very fast approval and given low rate of interest than other banks.So, you can say it is india's no.1 bank in private sector banking.
