It was a very good experience with hdfc bank. I applied for a personal loan and the process was much faster than any other banks. The documentation part was quite easy. It will be good if they improve the communication part, there was a delay in sending messages. HDFC is good in all aspect. There is very easy processing for creating an account in the HDFC Bank. Online accounting opening is available in HDFC. 24 hours ATM service is available in major cities. 24 hours customer services are also available.
