Hi guys, I lost my credit card and applied for it 5 weeks back, but till now nothing helped. when I visited the branch after a log of confusion and time spent they asked to apply again.
again two weeks passed and when I went again, they said one week is already over and I should get the card in a week.
Again after 10 days I go they tell me theyvdo not kbow anything about it. they made me wait for an hours making calls and whatever and finally got no answer.
I told them I am leaving out of the state and want my card within a week.They sent someone to my home after 4 hours and made me sign another application form.
he said he will get the card as soon as possible but doest not commit when.
is this some kind of joke for a bank. this is how hdfc services are.
this is really disappointing.
