NRI services Very BAD, No help from Representative
Very BAD Branch Services(they dont know why they are sittin on the reception desk)

dont know from where they recruit such a guys .i have salary Account with HDFC and I am having relation from last 10 years, this month I didn't pay credit card amount just 8000INR, this guys transfer my case to Recovery Agency as I am out of india, they not able to reach me, next step they started to reach my neighbors and my family.they also went to my Home where they sat for almost 3 hours asking for the Check from my aged father, not only sitting started barking and telling that you son using the money from bank and now they are not paying in a large volume, I thing my whole building know this matter now.
My father got a low Because of which he was admitted to hospital for two days.
raise this case to grievance dept and nodal officer and thing they are not paying to much attention to this case.
every time I got the mail first line is "pay your bill"
one Representative says its our guideline, what the f*k your guideline .never where RBI present such a guideline.
instead of setting guideline to recovery agencies, start preparing guideline for recruiting people, you are recruiting employee not dogs and donkey.
Stopped using HDFC now.BYE BYE .
