Phone banking- phone banking service are worst. You can wait lots of time for transaction. App is not working fast it takes time for loading. No solution by executives through phone banking.
ATM Availability- ATM availability is also a big issue because you can not find ATM of HDFC bank. ATM facility has been provided in major city.
Internet banking- Internet banking service is good. You can find options in good manner so customer can find transaction category
Customer service- HDFC ia hopeless in customer service. There are times when they take couple of hours a DD at the bank. Customer care executive could not responds of any query. There are no support at all
