Earlier, I had a credit card of this bank which I used atleast for 2 years and in starting time it was good but when I delayed the payment once they charged me unnecessarily and I informed to CS they said will get back to you and never did after that when I madeup my mind not to pay the amount the guyzz from HDFC bank were very cheap, illiterate, unprofessional way to collect the money. I said do this thing than only I will pay but nothing happen and one of the idiot said pay the amount and your score will not effect and in future you would be able get more loans as well and I have paid all dues with interest to that cheap bank finally I thought now the relations are good so would like to take personal loan but HDFC guyz said they have delayed the CC payment previously so we cannot process.
What is this hell.really a bad services and not able to stick on their words.
