I feel this review is:
Horrible experience. Very poor quality service. e.g - they are unable to update address in 10 days. After too many follow-up also no update at all. If you ask for loan prepayment or credit card closing, they will not give any importance but when they used to sell credit card or loan then it was totally opposite behaviour. Wish no-one else should go in such circumstances while go to bank after managing all important task. Forget about other service.
No at all recommended.
