HDFC credit card customer care is the epitome of worst service. Even after paying all the dues, they keep asking to pay it and even after their confirmation on the payments they ask for confirmation of date, time mode of payment. Why the hell they want to harass people even after doing payments on time?
I have already disconnected my all serviced from HDFC. The worst part is they commit reversals of additional irrelevant charges and not do in real. I would like to suggest all that go with any other credit card company but not HDFC otherwise you may also be the next to write it here on mouthshut.
