I have been using HDFC credit card for around 6 years now and I am regular payer of bills.
The service used to be polite and quick whenever I call the customer care before 3 years and when I called around two times during the last two months for clearing credit card discrepancy, I was made to wait for a long time(in spite of it being a paid service) and the service people responded carelessly to my queries till I demanded a serious reply and told them that my feedback on that will depend on it.
This shows how HDFC credit card division is failing to meet raise in number of requests due to its rise in number of customers. I think if this is continued, I'll try to subscribe in any other credit card service.
