We belong to a middle class family and when we purchased loan for our new car, HDFC agents again and again offered us for credit card and at last we did it, initial experiance were not so bad and we used it to purchase goods ect but when we paid it is still a bad experiance as they call us again and again and as we are paying each month they didnt never send bill staement, after paying bill EMI due shows the same amount as it was before, and when we talk to agents for these issues they just dont do anything for it, its total menal harashment by HDFC, they are basterd and we never recomond it to other.
