I am not a new user of this services provided by HDFC Bank. I am using there services from last 5 months. This HDFC is a indian private bank having worldwide reach in all over the world/Global. I am totally satisfied from there services. My personal experience with this services are: -
Customer services: There customers services are very good they always prefer to serve there customers with every possible mean. The behaviour of the staff is very nice with me and with all other customers . This card is acceptable at mostly places without any problem. There is no need to have a foreign bank if you are the customer of this international bank. This card us helpful for me to do my journey without having hard money.
Rates and charges: They charge some extra for there file preparation. If talking about its Rates which are quite high as compare to any other credit cards but due to its very good services its ok.
Overall this card is very useful, helpful, havin international reach, its really value for money.
