Hi,
I am holding HDFC card for past 2 years. I am working in a private IT company with monthly salary of 70K.
I was looking for a longtime creditcard in all banks. While comparing with many banks I have choosed HDFC. we dont need to roam to bank to submit our documents. They will support us with their executive to collect the documents.
Monthly statements also send to my mail on time. The statement which they sent was protected by password in PDF format.
I have paid my credit card bills without any default for past 1.5 years but unfortunately I left my job I could not able to pay credit card bills for past 2 months. As I am a premium holder they gave me 1.5 months of time but after that they use to call me from morning 4AM. If I didt attend the call means they use to call to my family members and they used very rubbish and filthy words to pay the bills. They informed me to pay the minimum amount of RS. 6000/- .I arranged money and paid.
On next day itself I received a call from them stating that the minimum amount is taken for penalty and interest. so you should pay atleast 4500/- to clear it. I asked for a week time. They called me continuously. I use to respond their calls but one day they came to my house and argued. Atlast my parents bared that cost. Felt very ashamed of this.
We can hold credit only if we have a permanent job else the condition will be too worse. The credit card will change our life from down to up and vice versa. I dont want to surrender credit card because it will affect my CIBIL score for lifetime.
