Hallo friend's today I received HDFC visa credit card just few hours ago and I feel like horeable now and I am thinking why I am booking this card.
Friend on 31st October 2017 at 1.11pm I have received a call from + 91 33 6600 0512 ( mr.Sanjoy) .That person are told me HDFC bank will give me credit card and that card will give me lot's of benifits like.
No annual charges
Petrol pump 5% cash back.
After first transaction get 1500pay back point.
All online shopping get 5% cash back.and many more.
I have ask that person twis that this card are free or its chargeeble ? He confirmed me that if I am doing any amount ( minimum 50/-) whithin 1year that no annual charge.
I am interested and book that card online.
Bank will send a mail and I just clik on the link and fill up some basic information .
That person will told me that I will get a msg with my pin number and within 1week I got my card.
Today I received my card through blue dart courier ( 34552401295) .
When I check welcome kit I find that this card are not free its annual 500/- charge if my transection is less than 150000/- in a year.
I am surprised.i call to customer care + 91 98310 73333.
Customer care executive are told me that this card are not free if I am not satisfied that block my card through nearby hdfc brach or mail us.
Friends thats not a end and few minutes I again call to customer care for their mail id but after presing lots of number ( 1for english -2for credit card-3for companies-5for pin number-than my card number -than date of birth than waiting 19 minutes.but after 19min thay pick up my call but thay are busy for their personal life related conversation.i am waiting next 5mim than cut the call.
Friends I just wanted to told you don't take any hdfc credit card ( snapdeal with hdfc) they are just cheating you.
I have all call and every thing will records in my phone any one have any doubts I will shared in any time .just put your comments on this review.
I just shared the pic of that card and there is no option to add Voice recording that's why I am not share their conversation.
Friends beware of HDFC Snapdeal visa credit card.
