Guys.
I wanted to make a payment to some beneficiary in Indore.
I choose credit card option for payment. I have HDFC credit card(platinum).
and guess what. I tried paying this beneficiary 5 times, out of which 4 times I got a message from HDFC on my terminal that the payment is unsuccessful, so I was making it again and again. after 4th try I got a call from HDFC that u r trying to make a payment to some beneficiary and u must be putting a wrong CVV no or an Expiry date. Pl make sure the data and do it again. so I did it again(that was the fifth time) and now I came to know that the beneficiary has received the payment thrice.
I dont know who is responsible for this.
Now the complaint is been taken. and they said we will TRY and reverse it.
let me hope for the best.
