Hi frnds.I have been using HDFC bank's card since july 2014.initialy I found it very good .but after some days it starts trubling me.I will share two incidence of that.
one day someone from their side called me and asked about the card facility whether I like it or not .i said yes .then he told me about some insurance product and one card lost protection product .and after the call got disconnected I got a msg of some premium of Rs 12000 got deducted from my card .They were just selling their insurance policy without my concern
One bad feature of the card is that you cannot convert your every purchase into EMIs .they will say that its a offer based service so when the offer comes then only you can convert your purchases into EMIs.
one more thing I wanna add that its customer service No.18602666161 is a chargeable one so make sure that you have sufficient balance each time you call them.every call to them will cost you approx 12 -15 ruppees.
