Credit Card Customer Service is Worst, Each Time I call the CS and there is Completely a different answers, and worst part is they assume things and tell to client this was Told by the agent that she assuming that might be a problem. Seriously they have took the BP to a Different Level. When I said to Give me an Complaint Department Number They Disconnected the call on The face. This was happened two back. I Now No more believe the Customer Service Of HDFC Credit cards.
