Credit Card service is too much pathatic. Very Bad Experience.
Do not fall in trap of this credit card service. Initially, bank will offer you lot of benefits on credit card so that you can apply for it. Even there are so many agents working for this. I would recommond you to read all terms and condition before choosing HDFC credit card.
A single EMI failure will cost you very badly. Bank takes lot of hidden charges in this case of which customer is not really aware of and benk people won't tell you at the time of getting credit card. So make proper enquire of every possible charges on your credit card.
Again do not ever take or apply for credit cards which are based on any kind of policies like health/insurence etc. Here, you have to pay for policy for minium 2-3 yrs. These policies have lot of late fees. You cannot close policies in between without payments. Suppose you have a policy of 30000 Rs yearly installment and you wish to close it after one year, you cannot close it. You have to pay next year installment also or else a lot of fine or late fee.
Customer care representative will call you again and again so many times which is really irritating.
