First of all, if HDFC bank offers you credit card with credit limit like 75k or 1 lakh, please avoid it. You will end up paying high interests and financial charges for the rest of your life. If you are salaried person, please do not use hdfc card at all. I have suffered huge losses after using HDFC moneyback card. Their card services are very expensive, only wealthy people, businessmen can afford these cards.
Also avoid calls from the sales team to activate EMIs for health / Life insurance/Vehicle insurance and other blah blah insurance. Again you have to pay more interest for every EMI's. The clever agents will convince by saying this, "Sir, you need to pay only Rs 500 per month".
This card will drain out your bank balance and you will be in a huge financial trouble. Better switch to Govt banks which are providing cards at reasonable charges.
Private banks can't be trusted even if their services are good.
