So, please be informed that when I was planning to pay all the due I called the customer care of HDFC credit card department and asked about the total dues of my card, your executer told me to pay total amount due Rs.9417.92 Minimum amount due Rs. 480 Payment due date 01-04-2016 which I had suddenly paid.
However, next month, again I got a bill for the credit card. Total amount due Rs. 1, 257.28 Minimum amount due Rs. 200 payment due date 02-05-2016. I feel strange about the bill as I already paid the bills, you can check my credit card bill payment history. Even I had contacted with your bank more than 15 times and mailed still no response from your bank.
And after 2months your bank has been blocked my credit card without inform me till now, and now I come to know that I have to pay Rs.5780. Yesterday I got a call for card settlement, and your executer were giving me options to pay Rs. 5780 for continue with your bank.
This is how HDFC credit card department treats customers? Then I tried to get a conclusion for this dues but no luck. Everyday calls and emails, I feel so frustrate as we are not allowed to carry phone in office timings and I assure you if this is the way you are treating customer, you will no longer get the customer.
I would finally like to close the dues but don't want to pay these overdue amounts as it was only your fault. Also, now I start thinking if I will going to stay with HDFC bank or not.
Don't treat customers as a source of income by force, it will not last you long. You can check my credit bill payments, how I have paid the bills.
Not a happy customer at all.
