I must say, they offer one of the most pathetic customer service. They have such a cumbersome process in place when their competitors like ICICI bank offers the best in class service. For some personal reasons I had to open an account with HDFC bank. I regret everyday, since I opened an account with them.
I would list down few of the problems that I faced with them:
First: I had a salary account in this bank(I regret this fact), which I have been using since an year. My account has been put on hold as I failed to make the payment. I informed them that I will certainly make it and proposed a date.
