I applied for life time free HDFC Bank credit card through bank bazzar. After collecting the document the bank executive informed me the annual fee is Rs 1000. Immediately I informed the executive to stop the process. But he went and processed my application.
During the verification I cleared infirmed not to proceed further, the execitve informed they will not process in rude manner. After few days I got the message that my card is dispatched. My first experience with this bank is worst and I will never do any translation with the bank.
I strongly recommended not to use this bank services, mainly because of the rude executives. They done have any manners or customer care attitude.
