Overall my experience with Gunasheela had been excellent. Guna means character and Sheela means Quality. Doctors in this hospital are highly qualified and patients in this hospital are professionally treated and meticulously tracked.
The pregnancy counselling centre which is led by Dr Mala is fantastic and pregnancy journey, she and all the doctors in Gunasheela are nice and energetic.
We thank Dr Devika Gunasheela and her team in treating the patients energetically and also to allow Dr Mala to run the pregnancy counselling centre.
The detailed review of the hospital and pregnancy guidance provided is explained below:
Mother's pregnancy state of mind reflects kid's nature in future:
You might have heard the story of Abhimanyu in Mahabarata, he was listening to the conversation of Lord Krishna and Arjuna on Chakravyuha and how he recalled it after 16 years during the Mahabaratha.
Realising the importance of this truth, ancient scripts are researched and it’s been combined with modern therapy to get the maximum results.
It’s possible to get a kid with following qualities, when the kid is trained in womb itself:
• Brilliant
• Sensitive
• Courageous
• Energetic
• Leadership
Coaching is given in the following 5 dimensions:
• Physical
• Emotional
• Social
• Spiritual
• Intellectual
The training covers following types of training:
• Yoga for pregnant ladies
• Mudra
• Pranayama
• Color therapy
• Books suggestion
• Music therapy
o Tracks provided
o Every trimester – different tracks
Diets for pregnant ladies are suggested individually based on the health condition of the patient. Home-made remedies for specific problems are suggested.
Mothers who have undergone this training course have got kids without any physical disability. Infact, few of the characters observed by the mothers are listed below:
• Good observation
• Good decision making skills
• Good listening skills
• Calm
Another interesting part about this program is, when all the mothers join the course together, they are all of age groups in terms of pregnancy.
This results in the following benefits.
• Enable them to discuss the pregnancy related problems openly
• Share their pregnancy feelings
• Share their challenges and how they overcome them
Have shared all the pros now. Let me share some cons as well.
• Affordability: it’s expensive and not all the people can afford it.
• Waiting period: Long waiting period and definitely this needs to be fixed as it is difficult for the pregnant ladies to sit long hours.
In summary, over all pregnancy journey was made smooth and memorable by all the staff members of Gunasheela hospital.
