I personally would never think of recommending this novel to anyone in the world and would only say that if it's in your hands avoid this book because it will save you your time as well as your money believe me.
I read Gulliver's Travels when I was in eighth standard and that too not by my wish I was forced to do so. We had four houses in which our class was divided and the teacher gave us an assignment for our summer vacation that we have to pick up a chit and book name written in it that book the house members have to read completely and present a play and no one could cheat as there would also be a question answer round by our teacher.
I read the book but never felt so helplessly bored while reading it. It's fill with sheer stupidity. I personally am a avid reader myself I have read novels of different genres be it romantic, horror, fantasy, mystery, thriller, sci Fi and even non fiction, autobiographies and travelogue novels but I have never felt bored reading any of them.
So one piece of humble advice don't read it, avoid it if you can.
