WORST flying experience ever. Flew DEL-BAH-PAR and return LON-BAH-DEL. Had a horrendous time in the last lag of an otherwise excellent holiday. The return flight BAH-DEL was absolutely horrible. Hostess would not answer on being called. I called thrice and they came and shut the alert and did not answer even once. I asked for a blanket, again no response.
Food quality was average and the menu was very limited. It was a 3.5 hrs flight STD 21:35 hr and the crew took more than 1.5 hrs to start serving dinner i.e. they served dinner at 23:00 hrs which is way past the dinner time. By this time everyone in the flight was famished and passengers had started asking for dinner which again the crew failed to serve promptly. The cabin crew was very lax and casual in their attitude, and at times even discourteous. The in flight entertainment was not only limited but also repetitive. We had the SAME SET of programs on ALL the four flights.
It seems there is some sort of discrimination in their flights, flights from Bahrain to Europe are served very courteously, socks, ear muffs etc are provided, drinks are served in many rounds but in this flight from Bahrain to India the cabin crew flatly refused to serve a round of beverages after dinner even after we politely requested them to do so. It was a bad experience which I would rather like to forget.
