I have joined my son at GreenOaks International School, A S Rao Nagar last year. Firstly, I have a really bad experience with other schools in the past. So, I was a bit cautious while choosing schools. I personally visited many schools and spoke to parents of few students in that schools.
I was looking for not so hugely expensive schools but that provided best educational standards, faculty, infrastructure, and at the same time focus on extracurricular activities. Secondly, I am averse of those corporate schools that burden young children a lot. On an overall, I was looking for a school that shapes up the future of my son in every way. So, here is the complete review about my experience of joining my son at GreenOaks in pursuit of better growth.
Spacious classrooms that are well ventilated caught my sight in the first instance. My son stopped complaining about uneasiness of studying in congested locations, which was the case with the previous school.
As far as education is considered, GreenOaks follows state syllabus, which is easy to follow. Though not international syllabus, the methods they use to teach the children seems to be impressive. Teacher to student ratio is good.
They emphasize on extracurricular activities especially dance, sports, and karate.
I think they even help students in participating in national competitions. I am not sure but I heard that there was a national spell bee winner in 2014. Though the school started in last year, it has a clear focus on developing the value education which hopefully continues in the future years.
