It has been a while now I have been green tea. My friend introduced me to this healthy drink and when I started drinking it first I knew only 1 benefit that's weight loss.
After quite some days, I observed some changes in me. First I got addicted to green tea. One cup in morning with a spoon of honey makes me feel fresh and up for the day.
Second I always have green tea after my breakfast and dinner. I helps me digest my food. Green tea has lot of nutrients and antioxidants that let body function well without any indigestion, gassy feeling or constipation.
Green tea also has small amounts of minerals that are important for health. In all it is a rich resource for living a healthy life.
