We Indians are very much addicted to tea and consuming 2 cups a day is very much normal. But 1 cup tea contains60 calories which health conscious people cannot afford. I prefer 2 cups of green tea daily, one for breakfast and the other for snacks. It helps me in detoxifying my body as I have thyroid.
Green tea reduces blood pressure, acts as blood thinner, reduces the risk of heart attack and cancer, control diabetes, lower cholesterol, and reduce weight. So people go ahead and try green tea. Its very healthy.
