Earlier whenever I used to hear about Green tea I used to think how people drink a tea which neither has milk nor sugar.But today I love green tea which has replaced all my other beverages.I want to share my experience .I have a serious acidity problem from my childhood.With acidity every alternate day I used to have nausea feeling and severe headache.I was fed up with this illness and tried many medications.But inspite of taking the medicines, doing yoga etc I didnt get rid of the problem.Then one day my husband bought green tea bags and asked me to try it.For the first two days I tried it along wiht honey but later stopped using honey also.From the next day itself there was lot of change in my health.Not even a single day from then I had headache.It worked as a miracle to me.
