Everyone knows how inportant Green Tea is to each and everyone's body. But still people forget its importance and only crib about its bitter or no taste. I would like to say that just igonre its taste and keep in mind of the innumberable benefits you can gain from Green Tea. Not only it helps it to maintain your body weight but all increases the metabolism of your body. You feel fresh after having it.
My all time favorite Green Tea is the Tetley mint and lemon green tea. Some people prefer having the plain one, however I am not one of them. A little bit of taste is necessary and this one gives a perfect tinch of lemon wrapped with mint. Love it. Also Twinings lemon tea is nice and better than the plain ones. I have green tea with a few lemon drops and honey if I am at home. This is the first thing I have in the morning, it is like a detox process and helps you with your digestion and other internal. Having twice a day would be enough for the green tea to affect your body in a positive way. If you don't trust me, just go and try it for yourself for atleast a week and I am sure you will see the change. My dad is a diabetic and he has green tea every morning and afternoon, I have seen the change myself, the sugar level is always under control and his craving for sweetness is also lessened.
No matter if you are suffering from any disease or no, no harm in having this and certainly many benefits after having it.
