Green tea has lots of health benefits. I am gifted a nice pack of Green Tea by one of my junior co workers. I use it mainly for my weight loss purpose, apart, it has lots of benefits like lowering cholesterol, preventing cancer of various types in male and female, preventing osteoarthritis etc.
I have read on the pack that it is recommend to take this green tea with a tea spoonful of honey in lukewarm water. But, I really did not like the taste, and in this summer consumption of honey in lukewarm water made my body sweating more with extreme discomfort feel. Then, I started taking it with out honey, with out anything, just with a cup of lukewarm water. Being an avid lover of tea, I really do not like the taste of Green tea, I drink it just like a medicine that it would solve my problems. But, I do not get any nice aroma, flavor in it. I take 2 cups of green tea in the day time and in the evening time. I treat it like medicines.
I have heard from many people that they really liked the taste, aroma etc but unfortunately that did not happen to me till now. I have tasted 3 brands so far and it tasted more or less similar in taste.
Still, I am recommending green tea not for taste, as it has proven benefits. If you are serious about your weight loss program, please start taking green tea now!
