My Experience with patanjali Green Tea,
We all Knows Green That Tea is Best for Losing Extra Fat from our body. but is it really True Fact? If I tell you my experience on patanjali green Tea it is good for Test. my stomach gets cleaned. I also felt lite and healthy. I am also adding one teaspoon Honey and one teaspoon lemon juice.
I am drinking green Tea since last 2 months and I loose 9 kg weight. but I also want to add that only green tea drinking can't reduce your weight. you must control diet with it. plus exercise can give you faster and better results. so my opinion on green tea is positive. but remember that you can't over drink it, it may harm your body.
one or two time lukewarm a cup of green tea is OK. if you drink it in the morning with empty stomach then it can give faster results. if I tell you about green tea containment, it has sodium, iron, vitamin, caff in, water, protein and many other elements in it. green tea is good for a heart patient, fat people, bad cholesterol patient and short-term memory loss persons.
so my final opinion is, positive, drink it, but not more than 2 times a day. plus do some exercises. it will produce good results. it may take some time but you will get results for sure. Good Luck Friends. Stay Healthy.
