Everyone must drink 1 cup of green tea every day.

Take 1 cup of water.add it to a sauce pan.add 1 spoon of salt.1 small piece of crush ginger.lets brew this for 3 to 4 mins.
Then turn off the gas.add 1 spoon of green tea.
Take a cup add sugar & a slice of lemon
Then add the green tea & enjoy.
