The Pentacool double door refrigrator with 0ver 400 ltr capacity gets warm every eight hrs in the name of defrostation and gets only little cool other time which easily spoils the milk and other eatables which perish very fast. Stored water hardly gets cold and is  only litte cool. Godrej service in this regard has been bad as soemone visits after days and will come and tell that it works like this only as it gets defrosted everyeight hrs and should not have further expectation sform the wrongly selected fridge. To make it work, if you will increase Max temp to Test (when it works) the same stops cooling after a few days and teh reason is that one should not do that and the thermacol at the back of the freezer as they will tell you that freezer is connected to fridge and the cold air movers from up to down. Also, they will advice you to make only two trays of ice. (Why have they given such a big freezer I wonder).

What will soemone do with things like style and design, ease of use etc when the product lacks the functionality which is the primary requirement of the appliance. I strongly suggest that Godrej should call this product back from the consumers - who are unsatisfied and replace it with better product - like Eon (if that works)  if etall it wants to prove its worth and brand to consumers and play fair.
Godrej should know that Indian People have not yet started going to Consumer Court for such cases which is also grossly cheating on their huge payments as the appliance is unable to do its main function and can be easily covered but we Indians have some respoect for the brands which we had used in past for years and years and expect them to take responsibility of their untested products which they themselves khow has been failure but has not done anything beyond pulling it back from production. If they will not then who will care for such consumers who beileved in theri brand and had put such big amount in their new product with bigger claims and are struggling in their routine life with such appliances. I would definitely wish to believe that branding would not come to them by using bigger actors as their brand ambassadors, nor by doing any amount of promotions, if they refuse to take the responsibility of such products and care for their real consumers/customers. So I await to hear from my agent about the scheme of gettig replacement of my Pentacool which has never been coll for past one and a half years.
