Dear Friends,

Please include my name in the list of cosumers who are not all satisfied with godref refrigerators GF 430 pentacool.The story so beings that in the month of march 2006 I happened to buy a GF 430 pentacool refrigerator for my ever growing family but the delight of purchasing a big fridge was over in 15 days when the first defect arouse .The defect was that water droplets  formed inside the fridge inspite of being a frost ffree ridge .When a complain was lodged the service engineer told us that there isa leakage in the sealing and inserted a newspaper in the rubber sealing around the fridge and said that in a weeks time when the rubber would take its shape and there would be no further leakage of air which resulted in water droplets formation.But the problem again arouse after two months and after complain godrej agreed to replace the fridge but this time they sent me completely defective fridge , now again the thrid fridge comes and the same problem arise there and then the fourth replacement ,which was given to us after godrej personnel (service) ran the fridge in the workshop for one week and said that it was running fine moreover it was new model since there was latent defect in its old model.But to my bad luck and faith again the same problem arouse .In my meetings and phone calls to godrej  indirectly some of the servie officers have accepted they are receiving complanins regarding this model from all over india.So my dear friends please please donot buy this fridge .its hopeless model and has a latent manuufacturing defect .
As for me I am still fighting for my fridge .
