Godrej should be the last choice for a discerning customer. They never respond to a message from a concerned customer who faces problem with their product. Such callous indifference seems very out of date nowadays. Are they some feudal lords, I wonder. I have problems with their Pentacool refrigerator. It is a noisy gadget. It heats up horribly when switched on after a break of a few hours. Bad choice. It is hightime that such highhanded market players be put to their place. I wonder how they are able to compete with International players! Or is it that Godrej is a decadent ailing concern? They dont even provide a specific user manual. It would have been good if they stuck to their old lock and key business. You will have to cavil at them to complete 150 words. Bad thing it is.
