Dear Sir,
Godrej Pentacool has become the greatest mistake i have ever done in my life.
1. To begin with the model, dealer showed to me contaned solid plastic trays however when the refrigerator was delivered it came with mesh type trays. The dealer was quick to rub his hand off by blaming it on the company that they have supplied the same way and since the dealer was new to the business he didn’t kno wmuch about it. No contact person was available from godrej to listen to the woes. I cannot to go a consumer court also as the specifications for tray were never mentioned anywhere and more over there was this clause of any changes can take place and other bulls**it.
2. In the past 1 year the damn fridge has broken down 3 - 4 times and i have already spent close to 4000 rupees on items varying from light bulb to coil leakage to processor.
3. Godrej also do not bother to take feedback from their customers after the sell off.
4. The after sales support is so poor that if it  is compared to a height, they are alreasy digging grave. The technicians who came to rectify the defects were nearly illiterate and were helpers picked up from roadside scooter mechanic by godrej except one who came latest.
5. The pentacool is a big bluff and the so called technology has no effect or relevance in the performance of this C Grade home appliance. I am sure Ms. Zinta would be cursing herself is she knows what kind of product she has endorsed.

I sincerely wish that  Godrej shuts its appliances division so that more customers are not duped. Even a million words would not be enough to highlight the incompetency of this refrigerator and the bunch of id**ts godrej employs to take care of its businesses.

NB: No one is even inetersted in buying this second hand fridge at 40% cost. My parents really feel so bad that they recommended this to me, as i had delegated them to go to markets and choose model for me. I needed a simple fridge which delivers and there were exactly no choices except the size and Stainless Steel Body.
