pizd off!!! i gav a cal 2 da cal centr N askd thm 2 sout out da issue as soon as posibl.da lady sed tht it cudnt be don tht day N wil b fixd da nxt day as da tim by thn waz aroun 7 in da evnin.I sed tht itz realy imprtnt 4 me to get tht repaird as ma dad nedz tht vry badly.i explaind da same to tht lady, who inturn divertd da cal 2 an executiv who sed tht he was in trafic N wil get bak 2 me.I waitd N gav up hopz.I was mor thn surprisd whn da executiv cald me at 9 N askd whethr i m Hom??!! He along wth his serviz enginer atended da complaint N fixed da same.I was realy hapy 2 see tht.Ma dad sed "Thtz da reasn Y pepl opt 4 godrej - Trust".I am a hapy custmr of da same.No matr wat eva may be da situatn,ther are alwayz 2 sidez of a coin!! Might thingz go wrng sometimez, but itz aint da rite thing to judge da quality of such a trusted brand
