hi friends,

please refer to my previous review on MS, where i missed reviews on AC before actually buying it-later i was told that it’s counted in Office electronics and not as home appliances.

so the only help i took for buying was past record and my own intution! taking my Godrej Refrigerator as the yardstick i went in for buying Godrej AC too!

and then i found the reviews on MS about Godrej and ahem...the reviews were not so good. its been just a week i replaced my assembled AC with a Godrej and i saw many MS members complaining about Godrej Smart Care not responding to their problems! i am a man who always believes in seeing and then believing...logged on to godrejappliances.com, gave for an online help support and i however did not complaint, ya like any new buyer i wanted my AC’s Compressor a bit extra silent and that was nagging me since few days. i shared this issue with Godrej People...bingo 1’O clock noon i wrote them a mail, pat came the reply withing 15-20 minutes that they are sending their technicians to my place and what time is comfortable for me for them coming at my home. we fixed it for 8 PM in the evening and believe me dot at 7:45 PM Godrej People were at my home. and they found the snag too! 

the dealer technician had left the grill loose and that’s why the extra noise and then a thorough check-up of AC and i found it was working nice and fine! 

so guys my trust on Godrej for last 30 years (two Godrej Fridge a 20 year old and a 10 year old are a no nonsence machines) has been reinforced by their extra prompt service too! service within 8 hours of complaint!!

Godrej has indeed won a customer for a lifetime! 100 out of 100 for them!

PS: Godrej Smart Care people sit in Mumbai but they never wasted any time to give me support in Delhi (withing 8 hours of online complaint) i did not have to shout on phone, nor i have to face the Customer Care Music on hold! just a swift mail and swift came the support!
